I'm just about finished TurboFire/CLX hybrid and looking for a new program to start. Good music really motivates me. Anybody have any suggestions of a good workout with good music? Or even just a good workout. ;)
Can anyone suggest a HRM that will show me how many calories I've burned but won't break the bank? I'd love the body bugg but I find it a little pricey. Thanks!
