HARD TIME EATING ALL MY CALORIES
Yesterday I struggled eating all of the calories MFP recommended in order for me to lose two pounds a week. After exercise my total intake yesterday was 2745 calories. Sodium whats up with that?
I have seen a lot of posts that talk about sodium intake. Will someone please educate me about sodium and how it applies to nutrition and dieting? I'm clueless.
