zumba calories- Please Help!
Hello! I recently started doing zumba & i don't own a HRM. I'm about 210 lbs & do a 45 minute class using the playstation move zumba fitness... I rarely hold back & do everything full out... anyone have any guesstimates as to how many calories I would burn???
