Struggled on Week 5 of C25K
Ok, so I have been doing C25K and been able to keep up with it and have kept a log of all runs with pace, distance and average heart rate and I really noticed that I struggled today (wk5 day 1) with my pace and distance ... anybody else went thru the same? or at least felt like week 5 was kind of a "hit the wall" moment?

Hello all, Just wanted to share that today I realized that im 1/3 of the way to my goal!!! I started in 315 with a goal of losing 100 pounds. Today I proudly inform im at 281 or 1/3 of the way there!!!

One a week?
Hello all, I have been using MFP since last week of May. My goal is to lose 100 Pounds and since May 22 I have lost 26 pounds. The thing is that i thought at the beginning weight lost would be a lot faster but I have been losing around 1 pound a week for the last month or so ... That means that it could take me up to 74…
