CALORIE HELP!
I have my calories set at 1200, however at the end of the day I am always below 1200. I do not feel hungry at all. Should I eat to be close to 1200 or stop as low as possible? Right now I have 400+ calories left for the day. PS. This is not including anything that I burn off with exercise I am NOT eating those calories…
