Going under my goal
I frequently finish under my "suggested goal". Is this bad? I do not "starve" or anything; I just eat my 3 meals, no snacks, and only water...I am full throughout the day. I am just wondering if there are any negatives to finishing under my suggested number every day.

Why a max of 2lbs/week?
I recently started working out and I lost about 12 lbs in 2 weeks for an average of about a pound a day. Today I downloaded the wonderful app for my Android phone. Sooo...why can the max goal be only 2 pounds a week, when I'm averaging about 6? Is it unhealthy? Am I losing too much weight to fast?
