Help! Slow weightloss sucks!
Hey MFP Friends, My weightloss has been really slow. (As in, less than a pound a week.) I'm staying below or right around my calories and working out at least a little big daily. Any thoughts as to what could be happening? My goal is to lose around 2lbs a week.
