Want muscle, but still need to lose fat
I'm just about to my goal weight, but I still have more fat to lose. My current weight is 126 and I'm 5' 3". I'm already at my calorie minumum of 1200 (probably less some days) and workout (UFC trainer for xbox) for about 30 minutes a day five days a week.
