The belt I use with my work pants is now too long!!! I have gone from buckling it in the last or second last hole to using the shortest hole and wish I had one more hole at a shorter distance. What do you know, this whole watch what you eat and exercise regularly stuff actually works! Who'da thunk it ))
I starting using MFP in the middle of May. For me, the iPhone app turns calory counting into a resource management video game and this turns out to be enough to motivate me to watch what I'm eating. I introduced my sister to the app and now all of her coworkers are playing the "how much is this cookie going to cost me"…
