Can someone remind me how much we should be ingesting on a daily basis. I haven't been paying enough attention to this and I think I might start tracking it.
Has anyone tried making their own yogurt using coconut milk? Even full fat yogurt 1/2 cup seems to spike my BS, but I adore yogurt and would like to make a substitute. Any suggestions or recipes?
