I am eating way below my calorie goal. I am getting all my nutrients each day in the foods I chose to eat (and multi-vitamins). Should I be eating even when I'm not hungry? I started my program February 2nd and have lost 10 lbs. so far.
I love feta in my tossed salad, but the calories and fat are more than I should have. Does anyone have any good (and tasty) alternatives?
