Having problems getting past 180
It just seems that I'm yo-yoing all the time. I can lose down to 182, but it was so hard in the first place that I end up relapsing and going back to eating more. Creative Snack ideas
I really feel like I am stuck in a snack rut...we constantly have baked chips, triscuits, granola bars, and assorted fruits and vegetables to snack on. However, I am really getting bored of the same thing every week. Does anyone do anything creative for snacks?
