Hi! I just graduated from college but did not put on weight until I turned 21 ;) . Now that I'm at home, I don't drink but the weight hasn't gone anywhere either. I am quite short, so even 10lbs is a huge deal for me. I previously did Weight Watchers and lost 20lbs. I was even a "lifetime member", whatever that means.…
So, I know that's it's bad or whatever but my family eats out like 3-5x a week! Any advice on what to eat? Even salads can be tricky. Grilled chicken and steamed veggies get boring when everyone else has burgers, fries and shakes.
