I'm new
I started using this 10 days ago. My goal is to lose 80 lbs. So far I've lost 5!!!! I LOVE this app on my phone... it really keeps me on track.. I sat down and figured how many calories I was eating a day... Turns out I was eating 5000 on a slow day and upwards of 8000 on a crazy day.... I have never been this overweight…
