Hello ,I'm a smaller lady but to me I'm not the size I want to be,However I gain as quick as I loose....now that I'm older I love to at sweets.....Im currently excersing regularly and tryning to control my appetite.i'm just starting to tone and I sit i sauna for an hour (in and out)....
