So annoyed and frustrated
I had my baby 2 months ago. At 4 wks I was cleared for light exercise so I began short walks around the neighborhood and 15 mins on the ellipitcal. At 6 weeks I was fully cleared to resume my regular routine. I am counting calories, I dont eat/drink much sugar (besides whatever is found naturally in fruits and whatnot).…

which is better/more effective?
I work out at home on my elliptical. I am wondering which is better or more effective. To work out for longer on regular/comfortable resistance?. Or to increase resistance and work out for less time?
