Swimming for weight loss?
Hi all! i was just wondering how good swimming is for weight loss? i've heard its great for toning too, but the only thing that concerns me is getting broad shoulders.. if i were to swim 3 times a week and workout in the gym 3 times a week (alternating) would my shoulders become broad and masculine? thank you for your help!
