Anyone else having a problem staying within their sugar intake? I don't think of myself as eating too much sugar, but I am constantly over my suggested sugar intake. BTW a lot of my sugar does come from fruits and milk, so I'm thinking I shouldn't worry as much? Thoughts or Suggestions? Thanks!
I am on Day 23 with MFP. I am doing well, but we are getting into the heart of summer with BBQs, wine and overall temptation so I am worried about straying. I have quite a bit of weight to lose so this is going to take a while. I would love some friends for support/advice and vice versa. Thanks!
