I'm big on fruit as snack foods (instead of my old Cheezits or Goldfish). I want to broaden my horizons and try some new fruits, especially now that it's winter and most of my favorites are out of seasons. What do you guys like?
Does anyone else have this problem? Any tips?
Right now, I eat an average sized bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats with low fat milk everyday for breakfast, but I'm looking to cut out calories where ever I can. Any recommendations for filling, healthy breakfast foods? I'm not very picky!
