Would Circuit training be the same as Tabata when I track my exercise?

I need some help trying to fit exercise into my busy life. I am a 35 year old working mom with two small kids ages 6 and 2. I have a hard time to make time for myself. I am away from the kids all day I feel guilty leaving them at night to exercise. What do other mothers do?
I have been doing some research on line... Was wondering if anyone on here has ever taken Ab Cuts and if they had any success with it? or just like anything else a waste of money?
Has anyone used Acai Berry supplements to boost you along? Just curious on what people thought of them!
