Hiya new to mfp and to exercising in general. If my muscles are really sore from circuits yesterday would it be a bad idea to go to body combat class tonight? Could I injure myself or should I just push on and feel the burn? Thanks, Julie x
Hello I am new, getting married next year and really trying to shift a few pounds before that. I have been using mfp for a a couple of months and the weight is shifting s-l-o-w-ly. Also any advice on heart rate monitors would be welcome. I dont want to spend to much money and really only need it for the calories burned…
