Not getting anywhere, depressing
Hi, I've been on for 3 weeks now. I know thats not a very long time but I have absolutely no progress to show for it. I exercise 40 minutes of cardio a day everyday, was eating 1200+ calories (not net). I'm 122 pounds trying to get to 115 at least. I really don't understand how the body works with the whole eating 1200 net…
