I was wondering if when on the Herbalife diet, do you still eat within your calorie goal? If so, how many calories are you supposed to have or how do you determine if you are too high or too low on calories? I have her 1,2, & 3 mile walk away the pounds DVD and I love it, but I want to get more of her dvds to change it up a little and bump up my resistance , but was wondering if anyone has any good suggestions on her other dvds. Amazon has a ton, but Im just not sure which ones are the better ones. Any suggestions? TIA!

I just purchased the HCG X-30 at GNC, and now Im reading horrible reviews on it, has any one here used it and what is your take on it, should I return it and if so, which drops would you recommend? Thank so much in advance. I did a round before but with the injections, but don't know of any drops.
