What is the difference between "Strength training (weight lifting, weight training)" and "Circuit Training - general"? There seems to be a HUGE gap in calories burned, so I'm just curious if there's a big difference in the activities themselves. Any insight appreciated. :)

Food scales - Too lazy?
I am. I usually estimate the foods I need to (and always over-estimate, just to be safe). Am I the only one not willing to weigh everything? I always notice that my rings are falling off later in the day. I thought we are at our "lightest" in the morning? Has anyone else experienced this?
