Am I eating enough?
Ive been following myfitnesspals recommended calories for weight loss the past couple of months but as my workouts have been getting more intense- I find myself getting a lot more hungry. Not sure how much more I should be eating to fuel my body.

How many of you track your oil usage in your daily calorie intake? Or do you not log it in but use minimal amount as most people I've heard do?

Snacking On Protein Bars
Sometimes I get hungry and have reached my calorie limit for the day, if I snack on Quest Bars, will it disrupt my weight loss? Although they can be high in calories they are very high in protein and low in sugars and fat. Thoughts?
