BMR ans weightloss confusion
I think I need a bit of help....lol According to this site, my BMR is 1723. I wish to lose 3lbs a week (6 day week) as I have quite a bit to lose. Therefore I need to burn off 1750 kcals a day. The confusion lies in, if I were to just burn off what I eat, would my BMR of 1723 odd make up the deficit to lose the weight? Any…
