Hi So - I have started cycling after putting my name down for a 100 mile challenge 2nd August!! My longest ride to date is 45 miles and it took me 3 hours 50 mins. I have anouther stupid question of the day - you know the 'ticker' thing, well it says to cut and past it ...... where do you cut and past it to? and (really stupid question) does it then post on everything you do e.g. facebook?
