So I went swimming today with my 2 year old...we were swimming for like 2 hours...I did the lesure swimming option and it said 600 plus calories...I don't feel like I actually burned that much! Shoudl I just put like 60min and call it a day?

I have completed my first week. In all honest I think the first week is the easiest it will be the next month that I will struggle to keep up. So when do I weigh myself? every week? 2 weeks? should I measure myself as well

Carbs Help?
How do you keep your carbs down? What do you eat? I am just now realizing carbs are in alot more then bread and pasta. I love Fruit and snacking on fruit but it has carbs I have only been here for 3 days but I keep going over my carbs. Should I worry? HEY! Just trying to lose some weight and plus some that I have gained since I started working. Work is such a bad place for fatting food and I SIT all day! I miss the days of being a SAHM and chasing my son around LOL
