Has anyone gotten their metabolism measured in a clinic?
I seem to remember reading that there's specialists that can accurately measure your BMR. Has anyone done this? How did it measure up to various calculators based on weight, age, etc? I wonder if I have a super low BMR and therefore do not need as many calories as I think I do.

Any bread-like low carb products?
If I could make a "pizza" with some kind of bread, sauce, cheese and pepperoni, this would be a staple for me. Anyone know of something?

What are net carbs?
I just ate this Atkins Peanut Butter Cups. It has 18g Carbs, 11g Sugar Alcohol, 5g Dietary Fiber, and 2g Net Carbs. When I search the database for this item, I can add it as 2 Carbs or 18 Carbs. Not sure what to do. Can anyone explain? TY :)
