I sweat A LOT while cardio exercising. In general, how much additional water, over the 8 glass per day recommendation, should a person add to their diet to replenish water lost from exercise?

Ever notice how difficult, nearly impossible, it is to meet the recommended sugar intake goal? Or is it just me? I do have a monster sweet tooth, but even when I forego sweets all together, I still can't make it.

Weekends are tough!
Unlike at work, at home there is food available EVERYWHERE ALL THE TIME! I'm a grazer and I have to feed a hungry teen. Any ideas on how to stay focused on my goal, besides exercise. I'm doing that already and it doesn't last all day.
