I need to surround myself with healthy foods to get back into the habit of eating healthy foods. I live in a dorm room - by myself - with a refirdgerator, a freezer, a microwave, and a toaster. What are foods I can keep in my room to create meals so I am not tempted with the cafeteria meals?! Please help, I'm desperate.
