We have a really good scale at my work in the shipping department and I have used it the last two days to weigh in. I do it at the same time every day before I eat my breakfast and drink to much coffee. My point is, how often should you weigh in? Is it ok to do it everyday?
I was wondering if I should take some diet pills to move this along or if I should just work on sticking to my calorie count and exercise like I should be and stop falling off the wagen?. The 4th of July weekend didn't help.....
