first NSV!!
So I've only lost 10 lbs so far, but I've noticed that now when I move my hands around my wedding rings twist around, which they didn't before! I actually had a hard time getting them off! AND!! I noticed last night, that I can take off my jeans with out un-doing them! w00t!
