What should I have for dinner?
Dinner is the one meal of the day that my partner eats healthy along with me so I like to make it count. I am headed to the grocers in a few hours. What low calorie meals for two do you reccommend? We can't do corn/nuts/pesto/shellfish. (allergies) I am running out of new things to make!

Toning upper legs and butt??
I am totally new to the idea of toning. What exercises can I do in my home that will help me tone my thighs and butt? I already do a fair bit of cardio- run/walk, situps/pushups. but I need something that focuses on those muscles. Suggestions?
