What do you all eat? Do you follow the advice of low fiber, no whole grains during a flare? Results?
I would love to hear what everyone's results were. I can tell that I'm stronger but I'm quite disheartened because I basically lost no inches. No weight lost, but I'm not really looking for that.

Does anyone else have an Axiom 306? The average heart rate reading stays at 120. That's what it said when I first looked at it, after working out, and after wearing it for 10 minutes after ending my workout.
