This year, I've decided to get serious about losing weight. I am 5' and weigh 140 lbs. I started jogging on Tuesday - warm up for 5 mins, jog for 40, cool down for 5. I am only jogging at 4.2mph with no incline right now, but I'm hoping that as I continue I will be able to do more. I did the same on Wed, Thur, and Fri.…
