Hi there I have a terrific amount of weight to loose, and I need to start slow because physically, I'm a wreck! How do I work out how many calories a day I should be having? My BMR according to MFP is 2,141 so anything less than that means a loss right? But how much below that do I go? Is 1800 too low? I'd really…
