Can't seem to get the weight to start dropping
So a little background, i'm a 5'10" approx 300lbs.. 5-6 years ago I dropped 80lbs went down to 220 which was great felt amazing.. went through some tough times etc and i'm back at 300. Does anyone have a general website they use to find good exercise routines for men? I used to have a trainer but I recently moved and the gyms aren't so great around me anymore nor are the trainers... i'm a bit unfocussed when I get in the gym and unsure of what exercises that compliment eachother..
