I am trying to lose 58 pounds. I am 66 and retired. My wife and I are volunteers for the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers at Bonneville Dam in Oregon. Here is the issue I have. I am trying to enter in grams and a lot of the foods are not listed in grams. Do I have any options?
