This is my first day of my new life to becoming healthy. I am looking for some low calorie healthy fillling snacks that wont take up a lot of my calories that I would rather use for a meal to have during the afternoon for snacks. Any suggestions???
First day on this site. Made the decision to get healthy. Things have a lot more calories than I was giving my self credit for, guess that is why I am here. Looking for suuport as I begin the journey to the new and improved healthy me.
