Monthly step challenge
Ok, this will b good for me. I can use all the motivation i can get! I will probably need to work up to 10,000 steps. Gotta work in my health & cholesterol levels too!

I am back to stay!
Getting back to fitness, healthy eating and feeling better. Thanks to my workout partner, I am starting out strong, gotta keep the momentum going, especially during holidays! Anybody else starting fresh?
