What's the deal with potassium?
Does anyone meet their daily intake on a regular basis? I can tell that most whole foods are best for potassium and I never even come close, even on good whole-food eating days. And most multivitamins don't contain it, or only contain 1/35 of the DRV. Is the DRV a max, as with fat? Is Potassium fat soluble and toxic in…
