Only 8 lbs down, but body comp has had a much bigger change. This morning, I had to go rooting in my closet for a SMALLER pair of jeans! Yay! Also paired with a button-up shirt I haven't been able to wear in a while. *Happy dance*
Does anyone meet their daily intake on a regular basis? I can tell that most whole foods are best for potassium and I never even come close, even on good whole-food eating days.
