Is it ok to take days off from your workout?
My husband is off Sunday and Monday so I try not to work out those days, we are usually busy and try to spend time together. Is it bad for you body to take a two day rest? Of course I try even harder to not go over my calorie allowance and try to remain active and not just sit around. I am just curious if anyone else does…
