I couldn't believe my eyes this morning. After sticking to the 1200 calorie limit and HUNGRY, I didn't lose, I gained a pound. Just over 1 week and I have not cheated. Sugguestions anybody? Hugs
Good morning, all. I need help. Just finished my first week and lost 3.5 lbs. BUT I am always hungry. I am using all my willpower to not binge. Are there any foods that satisfy the hunger pains? Thank you for any advice. Hugs
