Does anyone know a good app that works with MFP and FitBit that sets up calore cycling? I kind of do it on my own, but most days I'm under by anywhere from 200-1500 calories with maybe 2 days a week where I'm over my allotment.
So I started exercising and dieting 3 years ago, started using this app almost 2 years ago. I've gone from 298 pounds to 222.8. I still have a little work to do and a little more to lose, but seeing the difference is unebelieveable.
