Is what inspires me! Want a nice belly for it! Everytime I think of snacking at night, or wanna quit the last couple of minutes on the X Trainer etc, I allways think of a goal like that. Hope you guys do the same. Dont give up =]
Is what I struggle with the most with my daily meals. Breakfast is great, but the days I work I end up getting lazy and buying hot chips :( I need yummy healthy ideas!!!!
