Hello there! I am extremely interestedin joining a chanllenge but I'm not exactly sure where to find them. I am 26 yrs old and I have 10 - 15 pounds to loose. I'm interested in maybe some type of Steps, or workout, or walking, or inches... ANYTHING CHALLENGE! So any help that anyone could give would be great!
I am brand new to this. I have tried everything in the past to lose weight and nothing is working. I need more motivation and more of a support group!
