High snack rate?
Hello, does anyone else eat a lot of snacks (still within cals though)? My snack intake is much higher than meals and I wondered if it's a bad thing or not... I guess it isn't if I don't go over cals?? Seems a silly question now I've asked it!

Resistance training - how long?
Hi, I started a resistance training programme 2 weeks ago, it's going well so far and I am mixing it with swimming for cardio, any idea on when I should start seeing results from lifting kettlebells?
