Uping calories but too much protein?
Ok so I'm new to this whole thing. But I plugged in what I plan on eating the rest of the day and it says I need like 300 more calories but I am over on my protein by 11 grams... what do I do to remedy that?

NOt sure how to record my leg weights... help please?
Ok so I wear 2 1/2 pound leg weights while I'm at home. Anyone know how I could record that in my exercise log?
