Started a month ago and only lost 5 pounds
I started using the app again at the beginning of January and for the first time in a long time using the treadmill 6-7 days a week. I do a minimum of 30 minutes 3.5-4.0 7-8-9-10 incline and started the endurance program for 60 minutes. I am discouraged because I have only dropped 5 pounds. I have the 1200 a day allotment…
